Shipping costs and delivery times

Delivery is available only for eligible products and addresses offered at checkout. The final shipping charge and available service are shown before you pay. Selecting a country does not guarantee that every product can be delivered there.

Processing: allow an estimated 1–3 business days before dispatch. The transit estimates below start after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Most products are fulfilled from China. Warehouse and service availability vary by item. Product-specific local-stock or delivery information, where provided, must be checked alongside the checkout options; the China economy estimate is not a promise for every product in a country. US Stock delivery excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. US PO Box delivery is not available.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, remote locations, busy periods and carrier disruption can cause delays. We cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas.

Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with you before purchase, we will deliver within 30 calendar days of your order. Selecting an economy service with a stated longer delivery period means that longer period applies. This does not limit your statutory rights if delivery is late.

Duties, taxes and delivery restrictions

Unless checkout explicitly states that import charges are included, shipping charges exclude destination import duties, import taxes and customs or carrier clearance fees. These may be payable by the recipient before delivery. Check the tax and import-charge information at checkout. These routes are not advertised as duties paid.

Please supply a complete physical delivery address. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the affected items instead of dispatching to an unsupported address. Magnetic cable organizers are currently excluded from Lebanon economy delivery.

Currency, tracking and separate parcels

Your selected market and checkout show the payment currency. UK checkout uses GBP, UAE uses AED and Canada uses CAD; US and Lebanon use USD. Oman checkout, when available, uses USD rather than OMR. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Tracking is supplied when available. Some economy services have limited local tracking. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels; we do not add further shipping charges after checkout for those parcels.

Returns and cancellations

For UK change-of-mind returns, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and send the goods back within the following 14 days. Return eligibility and any exceptions are explained in our Returns and refunds policy. You normally pay change-of-mind return postage; there is no restocking fee. For faulty or incorrect goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and reasonable return postage where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Contact info@littlefunthings.com with your order number before returning an item so we can give you the correct return instructions and address. Do not use a parcel's sender address without confirmation. Address changes or cancellations may not be possible after dispatch.
