Changing your mind

For UK online orders, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your order (or the last item if delivered separately). You then have 14 days to send the goods back. No reason is required.

Email info@littlefunthings.com with your order number. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We charge no restocking fee.

Return instructions

Contact location: London, UK. Email info@littlefunthings.com for the correct return address and instructions before sending goods. Do not send parcels to a supplier or to a city-only address.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. For a cancelled whole order, this includes standard outbound delivery; any premium-delivery upgrade is excluded. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods may result in a deduction for lost value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
